Mr. Borkar is practicing in High Court and civil and criminal courts in Goa for close to 2 decades. His practice areas include property law and development, family law, commercial contracts, land acquisition, banking matters and government matters.

Non-litigation work includes property development consultancy, conveyancing, succession planning, legal audits and TIRs for banks, consultancy for businesses / startups, intellectual property and commercial contracts. He has completed LL.B.(Hons) from VM Salgaonkar College of Law, Goa and LL.M. in International Business Law from Aberdeen University, UK. He is a founder of Goa’s first online legal service portal, legalmadesimple.in (2011) and President of Indian Lawyers Association, Goa Chapter (2021)
